Funwood's speaker, "EcHome" mainly conveys not only the concept of energy saving and carbon saving, but also the idea from the chimes which the Chinese musical instruments.

 "Chime" is a leading instrument in ancient Chinese bands. China is the earliest country to manufacture and use music clocks. It is made of bronze, arranged in the order of the pitch by the oblate bells of different sizes, suspended on a huge clock frame, and the bronze bells and the long rods are used to strike the bronze bells respectively. The tone of each clock is different, you can play beautiful music according to the sound spectrum. Each clock can make two different pitches, namely tunneling and drum sound (drum left or right), this is the  feature and advantage of ancient Chinese chimes. It also can enlarge the range of the chime sound and complete the music scale.

Why is the chime used to make bronze? Why do many instruments on the market use copper materials (saxophone, large-sized speakers, etc.). It is because of the effect on  wood to transmits the saturate resonance which is how EcHome was created. 

EcHome is an unplugged speaker, which is different from the market.

The concept of copper and wood combination with the appearance of the shape, so that the music distortion rate can be reduced, and the sound is also very pleasant.

For the appearance, we use not only the ball shape but also calculate the space between wood and cooper, it create more than the visual effect and also make the music better by the  sound wave.
